Operations Director

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment with business objectives. - Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. - Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of water treatment solutions and services. - Collaborate with the project management, engineering, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols. - Manage and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and materials to meet project demands. - Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork. - Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. - Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain service continuity and reliability. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in the water treatment or related industry. - Strong understanding of smart water treatment technologies, operational workflows, and industry standards. - Proven experience in process optimization, resource management, and strategic operational planning. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments. - Experience with operational and performance management software/tools. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
