- 3 years of working experience in operations department in general insurance industry.
- Issue policies/endorsements for all Non-Motor Policies.
- Monitor and print reports as assigned.
- Assist in customer service.
- File documents and to issue official receipt.
- Scan documents for all classes issued.
- Assist in clients’ inquiries.

- Any other assignments related to Business Support functions from time to time.
