Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and update AR and AP daily work.
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Perform customer and suppliers account reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer aging report for non-payments delayed payments, investigate and resolve customer outstanding issues.
  • Follow up and review AR aging and AP aging to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate closely with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts and payment etc.
  • Payroll and Company payroll execution, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB - assisted by HR department.
  • Perform closing stock reconciliation with ERP system.
  • Process adjustment with maintains an organized set of detailed records, schedules and files to document financial transactions and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with Standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Conduct cash and bank verification exercises.
  • Ensure all accounting entries and finance-related duties of the organization adequate internal controls and in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  • Perform month-end closing activities on General Ledger.
  • Monitor daily cash flow position to ensure sufficient cash resources to meet financial obligations on a timely basis.
  • Ensure all taxation related matters in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  • Financial audit preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Assist in audit & tax queries.
  • Prepare other related ad-hoc job / reports as and when required by the superior from time to time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in accounting or Professional qualification or relevant qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with Audit experience will add advantages.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office application, SQL & ERP system.
  • Required Language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task, pro-active, result orientated, and independent in handling tasks assigned.
