Job description

  • Brainstorm with Senior Management on new and creative growth strategies.
  • Learn, understand and apply business processes, customer activity, and commercial practices in all marketing material and campaigns.
  • Prepare, maintain and support all trade shows with everything necessary to make it a successful event.
  • Design, create, manage, monitor, respond, and enhance the Company’s e-commerce platform, website, e-marketplace, apps, social media, blogs/news, catalogues, brochures/flyers and all relevant materials to promote brand awareness.
  • Propose new designs to update / refresh existing corporate documents and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute all marketing, including SEO and display advertising campaigns.
  • Managing merchandise development process, meeting and follow-up with suppliers and related third parties.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience on websites including Apps.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/ Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Awards campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, add JavaScript developments and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Required language: Fluency in English (MANDATORY)
