The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Maintain and review renewals of all existing policies and sum insured.

Provide recommendations/advice to the customers on their insurance requirements.

Meeting up with customers on regular basis to identify and discuss any shortcomings faced by them.

Provide market feedback regarding new products and/or trends.

Job Specification:

Degree in any relevant studies field.

Minimum 1 years’ experience in General Insurance recruiting and servicing agents required for this position.

Sound technical knowledge in all classes of general insurance.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good organization and effective time management skills.

Prompt and confidence in speaking with customers in English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Must be computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsible and with integrity.

Self-motivated, positive working attitude and capable of working independently.

Team player and able to motivate fellow team members.
