Job Purpose

The Associate is responsible for managing quality and vendor management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness within the Network division. This role ensures adherence to quality standards and drives continuous improvement through digitalization and process optimization, thereby contributing to overall network performance and efficiency.

Job Accountabilities / Key Result Areas

Quality Management Compliance: Oversee adherence to Quality Management System standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) by managing internal quality audits, training effectiveness, and awareness programs. Ensure processes comply with established standards to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Process Management: Establish, review, and maintain Network business and environmental processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Digitalization and Improvement: Lead initiatives to drive digitalization and continuous improvement within Network Technology, promoting innovative solutions and advanced methodologies to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.

Process Change Management: Analyze process change requests, propose and implement solutions for production tools, and ensure smooth transition and integration of process changes to optimize workflow and productivity.

Total Quality and Performance Management: Promote Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and performance management strategies to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the Network division.

Performance Indicators: Develop and establish performance indicators for processes and propose best frameworks for their adoption, ensuring that performance metrics align with organizational goals and drive improvement.

Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring that vendors meet quality and performance standards. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure vendor compliance and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Network departments, HR, Finance, Internal Audit) and external parties (e.g., SIRIM, vendors, DOE) to ensure effective communication and reporting. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and audits.

Minimum Degree in Business Management, IT Management, or a related field.

Minimum Total Work Experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
