We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the digital campaign and event marketing initiatives of our company. A passion for fintech and financial markets is critical. You must be organized, engaged and willing to voice your opinion in a professional environment.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1.Responsible for planning and coordinating events to promote a particular project, including advertising initiatives and APP campaigns.
2.Ensure prompt execution and delivery of campaign materials by collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.
3.Coordinate the efforts of various agencies and marketing roles and develop strategic plans for communicating a brand message.
4.Initiate the APP event ideation and planning, involving the development of proposal decks, pitching, and coordination with internal and external teams.
5.Manage event execution which includes site recce, organizing and planning for the necessary APP event arrangements prior to and during event day.
6.Conceptualize marketing campaigns, engage in brand collaborations and oversee the execution process.
7.Conduct market research and gather customer insights to present the APP campaign and event strategies during meetings.
8.Oversee the marketing and social media campaigns for influencers while collaborating with the respective agency to understand the latest trend and propose new strategy for successful execution.
9.Monitor current trends and consistently keep the team informed with updates.
10.Prepare and deliver regular, in-depth reports and the outcomes and conduct a thorough post-campaign analysis to assess performance and gather valuable insights for continuous improvements.
11.Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.


REQUIREMENTS:
1.Must possess at least a Degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Business Management or other related disciplines.
2.minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in APP marketing, digital campaign management or any related fields.
3.Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
4.A valuable team player and able to work independently.
5.Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
6.Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
7.Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8.Experience in Forex, Trading and CDFs industry is highly preferred.
