Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts (stock take); reconciling with data storage system.
- Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments (local/oversea).
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
- Perform daily invoicing functions within the accounting or sales division, preparing and generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using the system.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, maintaining and updating files and records in order.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, or similar relevant field.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain industry.
- Hands on experience with supply chain management.
- Team player.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Wiling to work at Pulau Indah, Klang Selangor Malaysia.
