Job Descriptions:-

  • To organize CEO’s diary, schedule and appointment arrangement.
  • To ensure CEO is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagement she is involved
  • To coordinate travel, visa and accommodations requirements and ensure arrangement in place is appropriate and meet CEO’s expectation, both business or personal trip
  • To prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including drafting general replies
  • To attend training, meetings, press conference and minute the meeting as and when required.
  • To follow up and update CEO on the going projects/work progress from all departments
  • Coordinate and arrange onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events, guest visit itinerary
  • To carry out specific projects, campaign and research as and when required
  • To travel, liaise and negotiate with clients and suppliers /vendors on behalf of CEO if required
  • To do translation function between English and Mandarin for meeting papers, minutes, correspondences and other business documents/materials.
  • Perform variety of office and personal errands such as bills, claims, staff business trip flight booking and etc
  • To manage personal driver align with CEO's schedule.
  • To perform other duties and ad-hoc task as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree/ Advance Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial (PSC) or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the similar field, in retail chain, multi-level marketing or FMCG industries.
  • Required skill(s): Secretarial and Microsoft Software skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skill, both oral and written, with strong command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess professionalism in handling people, independent and confidentiality
  • Possess a good working attitude, mature, multi-tasking, eye for detail, proactive with sense of urgency
  • A high degree of integrity and commitment is required for this position.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Flexible to work outside of regular office hours and weekends when required.
