  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Review loan applications and assess applicants' creditworthiness based on established criteria and risk assessment models.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to evaluate applicants' income, assets, liabilities, and payment history.
  • Reviewing credit risk for new application and existing customers by carrying out credit worthless checks and make credit limit recommendations, evaluate and mitigate credit risks.
  • Calculate debt-to-income ratios, credit scores, and other key metrics to gauge borrowers' ability to repay loans.
  • Make evaluation on all information that customer given, ensure all data is accurate & follow the guideline.
  • Make informed recommendations regarding loan approvals, rejections, or modifications based on the results of credit analysis and risk assessment.
  • Ensure that decisions are consistent with established credit policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal sales team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic credit evaluation and meeting with sales team on existing customers, formulates and implement credit control procedures.
  • Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoing loans
  • Performs other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience and preferably in the credit evaluation experiences
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work immediately
