We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for agriculture and sustainability, and a proven ability to create value for both our company and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market reach and grow our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the agriculture or horticulture industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
