Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates.
  • Organize and coordinate interview and selection processes.
  • Represent the HR team during interview sessions alongside other interviewers.
  • Prepare employment offer letters for successful candidates.
  • Collaborate with office administration and IT to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment (e.g., laptop, access card, workstation).
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Prepare and compile monthly and quarterly HR reports.
  • Develop an annual training plan based on training needs.
  • Organize and manage training programs and events as required.
  • Meet deadlines and achieve KPIs related to HR management.
  • Assist with salary, compensation, and benefits management, including appraisals, employee surveys, and legal compliance.
  • Oversee and finalize payroll processing for all employees.
  • Renew personnel Employment Pass as necessary.
  • Maintain and update employee data and statistics, including headcount.
  • Collaborate with heads of departments on HR-related matters.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR-related functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting the company’s HR and administrative needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
