JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Payroll – Foreign Workers (DEDM & DAMA)
- Process (as required) monthly payroll including statutory year end returns.
- Deal with employee salary and payroll queries.
- Do the reporting for from the payroll system.
- Process the variable overtime and allowances payments.
- Preparing employees’ compensation by the 25th every month using payroll software.
- Enter new employee’s details into the payroll system.
- Preparation and timely delivery of pay slips and annual payment summaries.
- Government payment.
- Any other payroll duties as required by the company
- Filing
- Do filing for personal files, bills, etc.
- Maintain the files and do the filing code for each HR file.
- Bossinet System
- To assist in updating the Bossinet system.
- To assist to do claims in Bossinet system.
- Generate Monthly Attendance Report & Lateness Report.
- Employees Claim
- Assist in the employees claim process.
- Compile all receipts send by employees before the claim approved by the Sr. Manager, HR.
- The claims forms must be ready latest by 15th every month.
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Human Resources.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Interest in computer and computer literacy.
- Required Skill(S): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Priority & Preferable Diploma Holder.
- Experience in Administration, Industrial Relation, Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Experience in SAP system is added advantage.
- Applicant Must Be Willing to Work in Shah Alam.
