Job Responsibilities

  • The role involves supporting the Head of Integrity & Governance in assessing and improving the organization’s risk management processes, particularly in relation to governance and ISO compliance.
  • To identifying, evaluating, and compiling risks across the organization, reporting to management, and working closely with departments to provide guidance.
  • Monitoring ISO framework to ensuring that an organization meets its management system goals and preparing presentation slides, and attending the meetings to document action items and respond to questions.
  • To ensuring employees and stakeholders understand ISO standards and processes by conducting training, workshops, and maintaining clear communication and respond to governance and ISO inquiries, helping the organization achieve and maintain ISO certification while improving overall performance.
  • To creating and implementing department policies, procedures, and controls that meet ISO standards, regulations, and best practices to ensuring effective documentation and record management.
  • To develop, implement, and maintenance of business continuity plans to ensure the organization's resilience during disasters or unexpected disruptions.
  • To support the Head of Integrity & Governance in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and fostering a culture of ethics and integrity throughout the organization.
  • To support the Integrity & Governance team at MYNIC in handling general change requests by assisting with processing the requests, maintaining records, and regularly updating the procedures.
  • To coordinate and participate in governance and ISO audits by helping auditors prepare and schedule plans, and by working with staff across departments to ensure audits follow the agreed plan.
  • To complete ad-hoc tasks such as gift registry input, emailing announcements to employees, and other tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in ISO certification, compliance, and risk management.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 is an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to manage conflict and facilitate decision-making processes to optimize outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tactful, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
