Job Description:

Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates

Screening candidates

Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews

Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies

Taking preliminary interview round

Salary negotiation with successful candidates

Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate

Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR Information System

Eligible Criteria:

Minimum 6 months on a similar role

Proficient in English, both oral and written. Pro

Proficient in Mandarin and or Cantonese will be an advantage

Good Time Management

Able to work under pressure

Able to interact with all levels

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Able to work independently and in a team
