Our client portfolios span multiple industries, including real estate (condominiums, office suites), hospitality (hotels), and telecommunications. As our projects and responsibilities continue to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for proactive and skilled Marketing & Event Assistants to support our Marketing Director in day-to-day operations.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a team of highly organized and motivated Marketing & Event Assistants to work closely with the Marketing Director. In this role, you will assist in project management, market analysis, and event coordination, helping to execute marketing strategies across various industries. You will also be responsible for contributing to the creation of proposals, presentations, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Director in executing marketing and event strategies across client portfolios.
  • Support in planning and coordinating events, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights into trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for our clients.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations tailored to specific industries, ensuring they are engaging and data-driven.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments in real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and other sectors relevant to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in marketing, events, or project coordination, ideally within the real estate, hospitality, or telecommunications industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating presentations and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with event coordination and management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly Malaysia and Cambodia, is advantageous.
