Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Human Resource/HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Internship experience are accepted.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Putra Prima, Puchong.
  • Preferably entries specializing in Human Resources, Administrations or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position is available.

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll timely
  • Handling statutory deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EIS contributions.
  • Verify payroll data, including attendance records, overtime, allowances, and deductions by monthly report.
  • Ensure payroll profess are compliance to the statutory requirements and submission datelines are in practice.
  • Handling employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, benefits, and other related matters in the right manner.
  • Manage new hires, promotion, transfers, termination and other related records in the employee database.
  • Ensure employee welfare and benefits are recorded in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment.

Employee Relations & Administrations

  • Assist in handling employee relation issues which include show cause, domestic inquiry, employee counseling and misconduct investigation.
  • Educate and counsel employees on disciplinary matters
  • Follow up to ensure case are concluded according to designated procedures and legislation.
  • Prepare the necessary paperwork and formal letters to communicate company directives to employees.
  • Responsible to execute and coordinate staff recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, per-screening, short listing of candidates and interviewing.
  • Responsible to receive job applications and record all employees’ information in the HR database accurately.
  • Office administration works, reporting and others related activities.
