Roles & Responsibilities:
- Management of Central Kitchen as a whole unit (overseeing food prep and production)
- Coordination of Central Kitchen team for Batch Production
- Quality Control of all line items prepared
- Cooking & Packing for Transport of all Menu Items
- Purchasing & Inventory Management
- Management of any Grab / Catering orders placed to Central Kitchen

Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Experience in South Indian Cuisine
- Experience working in Central Kitchen / Hotel is an advantage
- Able to converse in English & Tamil
- Analytical / Understand Operational Costing & Management
