Job Responsibilities:
• Perform lab test on soil samples in accordance to standard test method.
• Well knowledge of handling of soil strength test will be advantage.
• Analyze and interpret test data, review test results and compile test report.
• Maintain laboratory management system in accordance to MS/ISO 17025: 2017 and support to keep good documentation
• Supervise and provide guidance to lab assistants, ensuring proper training, adherence to protocols, and effective teamwork.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the laboratory, ensuring all testing activities are conducted accurately and a timely manner.
• To be a team player in supporting the growth and expansion of the company through the expansion of technical scope of laboratory tests and services.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a soil and construction material testing laboratory or similar environment. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply too.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
