Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc).
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
- Responsible for the upkeep of office equipment and cleanliness.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
- Assist in taking minutes of meeting, liaising with authorities, drafting letters and memorandums.
- Responsible for Director's personal and business matters.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
- Assist in other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin for effective communication with clients.
- Good in written communication skills.
- Computer literate with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
