Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc).
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of office equipment and cleanliness.
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
  • Assist in taking minutes of meeting, liaising with authorities, drafting letters and memorandums.
  • Responsible for Director's personal and business matters.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
  • Assist in other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin for effective communication with clients.
  • Good in written communication skills.
  • Computer literate with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
