Responsibilities :-
· Handle all incoming calls on sales, marketing and technical enquiries.
· Support sales personnels and customers for each order transaction.
· Handle all the local sales administration and documentation.
· Prepare quotation based on recommended pricing and payment term.
· Handle credit control and management
· Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order, Debit / Credit Note etc
· Cross check quotation with Invoice and Delivery Order etc.
· Handle logistic and distribution transaction.
· Generate monthly sales report and statement of each customers.
· Promote, sell and market company products and services.
· Handle customers needs and requirement during visitation and meeting
· Handle physical stock-take on ad hoc and monthly basis and reporting.
· Handle inventory planning and control.
· Raise PO requisition base when reach the Minimal Order Level etc
· Monitoring and controlling stock movement and recording,
Requirements :-
· Candidate must possess at least a STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field related to Accountancy, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce and/or Secretarial.
· Possess good communication, coordination and management skills.
· Familiar with MS Office and preferences given to those with UBS Accounting / Inventory knowledge
· 3 years of working experience.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
· 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
