The job scope includes:
- Handling Account Receivable & Payable Module.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Data entry in the accounting system (SQL) and monthly report.
- Sorting and filing documents.
- To handle in office general administrative
- Any other ad hoc assignments
The job requirements are:
- Require minimum qualification of diploma or higher qualification in accounting.
- Proficient with MS Office and experience in accounting software will be added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years working experience.
- Responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work during weekend or extra working hour when is required.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia
