How This Role Fits into the Organization:

This position is critical to the growth and expansion of Grapes Smart Tech Solution. As a Sales Business Development, you will be the face of the company, directly engaging with clients and driving business development. Your contributions will help shape the company’s reputation and market presence while supporting our long-term goals of becoming a leader in smart home and building automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company and play a significant part in its success.

Job Scope:

  • Identify and contact potential clients (both B2B and B2C), establishing meaningful connections.
  • Target clients include interior designers, architects, M&E contractors, electrical consultants, lighting consultants, and developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with all existing products, new products, upgrades, updates, press releases, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct prospecting activities (inbound & outbound) through calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the Smart Home & Building Automation field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Goal-orientated mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage customer relationships and build long-term partnerships.
