Customer Service – Contact Centre (Executive)

Role Objective / Purpose:

The individual takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services the company offers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our Contact Centre database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Complete call interaction via CRM for record purposes.
• Perform proper and accurate customer verification.
• Experience in understanding Motor & Non-motor products.

Job Requirement:

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday : 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Friday : 8:30AM to 4:15PM

• 5 days working, 2 days rest day.
• Working shift of 9 hours
