Role Objective / Purpose:
The individual takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services the company offers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our Contact Centre database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Complete call interaction via CRM for record purposes.
- Perform proper and accurate customer verification.
- Experience in understanding Motor & Non-motor products.
Job Requirement:
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday : 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Friday : 8:30AM to 4:15PM
- 5 days working, 2 days rest day.
- Working shift of 9 hours
