Responsibilities:

  • Assist on the property’s pre and post-handover; handle and attend to owners for any property-related matter.
  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day property operational matters.
  • Build good rapport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services.
  • Promptly attend to any emergencies matter and report to Superior/Management.
  • Coordinate with the out-source service providers (Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest control, etc.) to ensure the cleanliness of the property’s public areas and facilities.
  • Preparation of reports, ensures documentation fulfill company requirements and other related administrative jobs.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by Superior/Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Customer Service Management/Business Administration/Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Marketing/Property Management/Hotel Industry or any related fields.
  • Possess good communication, multi-tasks, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skills, and team player.
  • Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
  • Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office
