Responsibilities:
- Assist on the property’s pre and post-handover; handle and attend to owners for any property-related matter.
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day property operational matters.
- Build good rapport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services.
- Promptly attend to any emergencies matter and report to Superior/Management.
- Coordinate with the out-source service providers (Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest control, etc.) to ensure the cleanliness of the property’s public areas and facilities.
- Preparation of reports, ensures documentation fulfill company requirements and other related administrative jobs.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by Superior/Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Customer Service Management/Business Administration/Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Marketing/Property Management/Hotel Industry or any related fields.
- Possess good communication, multi-tasks, interpersonal skill, problem-solving skills, and team player.
- Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
- Computer Savvy and proficient in MS Office
