1. Customer service representative in the receiving of export documents and communicate with clients by phone and email.
2. Check all document in order and confirm all related details for arrangement of container delivery as per customer requested.
3. CS need to check closing by email before passing the file to documentation.
4. Prepare CMO
5. Open job using “Sovvy” system.
6. Attach shipping documents into “Sovvy” system.
7. Update tracking in “Sovvy” system.
8. Chase declare clerk for paper status.
9. Make EFT payment for dutiable shipment using “mypayment” system.
10. Generate cost sheet for billing purpose and make sure all job are billed accordingly.
