Responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Manager from end user side (business & IT); working closely with the vendors
  • Coordinate & liase with key business users, IT department & vendors to lead & complete the required tasks within project timeline
  • Documentation on business requirements & business process; together with business stakeholders
  • Validate the proposed solution by vendor meets the business requirements; together with business stakeholders
  • Lead the internal User Acceptance Testing phase with internal users & vendor
  • Document the to-be processes with the new system in place
  • Lead the go-live & rollout phase into the organisation
  • Provide regular status update to internal stakeholders & monitoring timeline
  • Proactively highlight risks to internal Steerco , for risk mitigation
  • Work closely with business users, IT members & IT vendors to achieve successful project implementation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years working experience as a Project Manager or equivalent roles.
  • Higher Diploma or Degree graduate in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Project Management methodologies & skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG or CPG industry & experience working with Warehouse Mgmt System.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills; able to work with many levels of people across departments & with external vendor.
  • Able to work independently, strong team player.
