Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Branding Executive/Content Creator to enhance our company’s presence in the foreign worker hostel management, recruitment, and payroll services sectors. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, building a strong brand identity, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and creative content (text, images, videos) for various platforms such as websites, social media, brochures, and newsletters.
- Create targeted content related to our services (Foreign Worker Hostel Management, Local and Foreign Recruitment, Payroll, and Head Hunting) that resonates with our audience.
- Plan, design, and execute campaigns to promote the company’s services and value propositions.

Brand Strategy & Management:
- Assist in building and managing the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Work with the marketing team to create branding strategies that elevate the company’s presence within the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand guidelines, voice, and marketing goals.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring regular updates and engagement with our audience.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adapting strategies as needed to increase engagement.

Market Research & Trends:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize content and branding strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest content creation tools, software, and social media trends to enhance the company's visibility.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, branding, or marketing.
  • Skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
