Responsibilities:

  • To attend customers call-in enquires or any other related matters
  • Co-ordinating with warehouse staff on any incoming/outgoing stocks. To ensure that goods are correctly loaded to lorry for delivery
  • Prepare invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and delivery orders
  • Maintain filing and proper documentation
  • Completes and maintain a variety of reports and records as assigned
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis
  • Assist in travel arrangements such as preparing itineraries, booking of flights, visa & hotel reservations
  • In charge of purchasing of stationery & pantry items
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Preferable language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Committed and strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
  • Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
