To handle patient registration & walk in patient enquiry. Assist in patients’ registration and tracking patient’s medical record folder. Discharge patient To ensure and maintain cleanliness, comfort and safety for the Waiting Lobby and Counter area Assist in scheduling patient’s appointment on the appointment system accordingly. Assist in calling patients for confirmation of appointments including rescheduling of appointments. Assist in attending to inquiries from Walk-in patients, telephone inquiries, online and email inquiries. Assist in applying for insurance GL application To ensure and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation, including medical insurance forms. Assisting in general office administration functions including preparing letters for patients. All front office and customer service-related work Any additional task assigned by the Superior/Manager.
