Sales Manager Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to oversee and manage the sales team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, coaching team members, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Sales Targets: Ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and addressing any customer concerns.
• Sales Strategies: Implement sales strategies and promotions to increase sales and maximize profitability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide feedback to team members, as well as regular reports to management.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensure products are well-displayed, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
• Training & Development: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
• Reporting: Provide management with sales forecasts, insights, and any required administrative reports on team performance.
• Store Operations Support: Assist in daily store operations, including merchandising, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in sales or retail.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and sales tracking software.
• Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
