Job Purpose: Work together with existing team members to focus on product delivery life cycle of the assigned product line(s). Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Work closely with Product Manager on capturing the legislation update requirements and statutory update requirements, including communicating with government officers for information which relates to ABSS business strategy. - Work closely with Product Manager and colleagues from Customer Success Team, Sales Team and Channel Team on capturing business requirements or feedback relevant to the respective product lines. - Design, document and maintain the respective product lines. - Creates and maintain functional design document that outlines the impact analysis and business requirements. - Creates and maintain product release notes that outlines the contents of a new product release. - Creates and maintain knowledge base article that outlines the contents of a new product release, as well as useful tips about how to use the products. - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to Product Team for solutions. - Communicate key insights and findings from competitor analysis, customer feedback or partner feedback to Product Team. - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the end-users. - Involves in product roadmap planning, daily stand-up, sprint activities and internal/ external business meeting, webinars or discussions. - Ensure the progress of assigned task(s) has been consistently updated and communicate the progress and challenges along the product delivery life cycle. Skills, know-how and experience: - Think out-of-the-box. Creative, Innovative and Proactive. - Passion to get involved in dynamic business environment. - Self-discipline and punctuality are required. - Good stress-handling skill. - Good time-management skill. - Good team player. Able to work independently or in a team when required. - Good communicational skill is required. - Good level of English spoken and written. - Knowledge on accounting/ payroll/ SST/ GST is an advantage. - Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis, - System Analysis or Quality Assurance. - Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing. - Experience in generating relevant documentation, such as, functional design document, product release notes, etc. Technical / professional qualifications: - Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields, or related proven experience.
