Responsibilities Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and management of buildings, land, equipment, and related devices. Responding to complaints, emergencies, and crisis situations. Completing tenders, searching for potential suppliers. Conducting meetings with suppliers, negotiating terms of contracts. Perform preventative/scheduled maintenance tasks on a regular basis. Coordinate renovation & relocation. Coordinate and execute Asset Listing, Tagging, Transfer and Disposal. Coordinate motor vehicle maintenance & disposal. Coordinate and maintain up-to-date Repair & Maintenance, Assets & Stocks Lists, perform periodical stock counts & related Reports. Handling back-office operations, dispatch services, comparison, monthly billing, etc Maintain strict level of Confidentiality, Integrity & Security on tasks assigned and information received. All the functions above are not comprehensive. Additional tasks may be added from time to time. Requirements Preferably at least 4 years relevant working experience. Working knowledge of facilities related matters, able to solve related problems with minimum assistance. Solid project management skill Working knowledge of managing preventive maintenance tasks. Diligent, high accountable level and attention to detail and accuracy. Willing to work after office hours, weekends and public holidays if the need arises, and able to be on standby. Result-oriented team player. Capable to think beyond and work independently. Preferably physically dexterous and agile. Good written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate (Word, Excel)
