Early Years Mandarin Educator

Job Scopes: 1. Deliver engaging Mandarin language instruction to children aged 2-5 years old, focusing on both spoken and written language skills. 2. Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and projects that foster language acquisition and cultural understanding 3. Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity. 4. Work with the class teacher to assist with day-to-day routines, including preparing resources and materials for lessons. 5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents and administrators to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment, as well as actively participate in school events. Job Requirements: 1. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin is preferred. 2. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Mandarin Language or a related field. 3. Teaching certification or qualification in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable (PERMATA Certification) 4. At least 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting, ideally in a bilingual or Mandarin immersion program.
