The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience
  • Execute digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, online advertising, etc
  • Analyse market trends and competitive date to identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Contribute in the development of marketing collaterals
  • Manage and analyse customer feedbacks and comments:

i) Co-ordinate internally with relevant parties to manage customer complaints

ii) Identify customer compliments and positive feedback for further marketing opportunities

iii) Study and understand customer behaviours and trends to develop effective loyalty/ engagement programs

  • Main job portfolio will be focus on:-

i) Customer engagement

ii) Marketing programs for products and outlets

Knowledge & Skills:-

  • Candidate with Diploma, /Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, experienced in F&B Retail will be an added advantage
  • otherwise fresh graduates also welcomed to apply.
  • Good grasp and understanding of digital marketing will be an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Creative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results oriented
