  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Be responsible for the curation of Shopee Food content to ensure the quality as well as the legitimacy of menu selection
  • Document content management processes and policies and work on their continuous improvement
  • Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of Shopee Food-related issues
  • Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs

Requirements
  • Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are both welcome to apply (entry-level negotiable, based on previous experience)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
  • Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
  • Driven and motivated
  • Has passion in the eCommerce industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
