Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Assistant (Hotel Receptionist) at EQ Kuala Lumpur. The role involves handling receptionist duties, managing reservations, maintaining phone etiquette, and providing excellent communication to guests. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
