  • 1. This incumbent is required to support and optimize services operations team to execute E2E Services Business Support. 2. To Support the Manager to perform service operation matters as follows a. To handle service notification, create service notification, updates and close service notification. b. Spare-part Management - replenish, ordering, stock check and return of defective Spare-part. c. Arrangement of lab's tools and instrument for annual calibration. d. Monitoring and co-ordinate of forwarded job 3. Support and responsible for the customer services side. For example attend service sales enquiry and generate service quotation, Sales order, Purchase order and etc. 4. Liaise with logistic and order processing department for necessary arrangement. 5. Any administration work for the department as well as the overall company event when necessary.

Your Qualifications


  • Diploma or Degree in Administration.
  • Experience in Order Processing, customer services.
  • Preferrable experience in using SAP systems.
  • Good communication. Able to communicate with internal and external parties.
  • With customer services experience.
  • Responsible, good coordination skill and with good organisation skill. Always ensure deliver good quality of work.
