Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Zantat. This role requires a dynamic individual who can operate independently while also working collaboratively within our marketing team. The successful candidate will be integral in shaping and driving our marketing strategies across various channels and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company’s activities and products, targeting both business clients and direct consumers.
  • Lead specific marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring effective communication of our brand across both B2B and B2C channels, including digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Coordinate with external branding consultancy vendors for social media content creation, design, and artwork, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce strategies, overseeing online product listings, promotions, and digital sales tactics to enhance online presence and sales.
  • Drive marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales through offline channels such as supermarkets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to develop cohesive and innovative promotional messages that resonate across all customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends and make informed recommendations on marketing strategies and positioning for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Manage parts of the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend strategic adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Malay.
  • Expertise in branding, strategic communications, and social media management.
  • Ability in managing e-commerce platforms and leading marketing strategies that effectively drive sales across both digital and offline retail channels, such as supermarkets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, capable of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Interest in environmental sustainability and commitment to advancing green business practices is highly desirable.
