Other Requirement - Willing to learn - Active ADMIN JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Act as coordinator between Customs and inter-department for all Custom matters included but not limited to monthly & yearly report submission, license and Bon renewal process, new and additional application, disposal and scrap application and etc. 2. Request and act as petty cash custodian for office admin related items and petrol disbursement. 3. Manage and ensure the Company vehicles maintenance, road tax & insurance and user records. 4. Responsible for stationery purchase, movement, maintain vendor list, do regular price check-up and comparison and propose new vendor (if required). 5. Maintain movement record of asset & non-asset for office equipment, act as liaison PIC for company’s air-conditioner maintenance and responsible for insurance claim process. 6. Maintain and responsible for company’s license and membership subscription/renewal. 7. Responsible on the reporting of rubber related products/material in the LGM website. Others: 1. Proposal, purchase and cost control as and when it necessary. 2. Ensure internal and external communication information is properly maintained. 3. Maintain updates and effective filling & document control system, establish and monitor procedures for record keeping. 4. Maintain a safe and secure working environment. 5. To involve in staff gatherings, annual dinner and company activities. 6. To supervise and monitor staff performance (if any). 7. To maintain effective working relationship and be able to interact will all level of staff within the company and gain cooperation from all employees. 8. To maintain and ensure all documents and procedures are compliance to the company policies. 9. To establish/ develop effective procedure/ SOP and review/ update it when necessary as per ISO 9001/ ISO14001 requirements and ensure it comply with all safety procedures and legal/ other requirements (Eg: LMW, local authorities law & regulations, DOE, OSHA, Fire Act and other customer requirements) 10. To promote and encourage KAIZEN activity within department and minimizing 7 MUDA 11. Involve in all ISO 9001/ ISO 14001, Safety and 5S activity and attend related meeting when required 12. Perform all orders and instructions from the higher level throughout work scope and any relevant ad-hoc task assigned by your superior from time to time.
