Role Description: Program Manager

The Program Manager will take charge of leading, executing, and driving the success of our CSR partnership projects, ensuring impactful collaboration with external parties and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder & Business Development Leadership: Act as the primary liaison for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Taylor’s Community team members, clients, participants, vendors, suppliers, and corporate partners. Identify and develop new opportunities for business development to grow the impact of CSR initiatives.
  • Project Execution & Logistics: Proactively lead and execute the full project management cycle, ensuring smooth operations and logistical coordination for all programs. This includes the flexibility to support other Taylor’s Community initiatives as needed (shadow system).
  • Budgeting & Financial Leadership: Take full ownership of budgeting and cost management to ensure optimal financial performance and alignment with the objectives of all CSR programs.
  • Beneficiary Management & Communication: Lead communication efforts and ensure effective engagement with beneficiaries, creating a seamless experience and delivering support throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Social Media & Promotional Execution: Work closely with the Program Director to execute social media marketing campaigns and storytelling efforts, driving engagement and visibility through updates on the website, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Additional Leadership Roles: Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the Taylor’s Community management team, ensuring that every project meets its goals and contributes to the organization's broader mission.

Preferred but not mandatory:

We value 3-5 years of work experience, especially in project management, event coordination, consulting, client relations, and supporting business development for impact-driven projects.

  • Organizational skills to ensure smooth programme planning, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining thorough documentation for easy reference.
  • Strong communication to effectively convey messages to clients, external stakeholders, and within the Taylor’s Community team.
  • Problem-solving abilities to gather insights, assess pros and cons, and develop the best solutions for participants, clients, and project partners.
  • Time management to create and manage timelines, meet deadlines, and achieve key milestones throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Reporting skills to collaborate with clients and team members, align objectives, and provide clear updates on deliverables.
  • Budget management to develop and maintain programme budgets efficiently.
  • Business development support to help drive the growth and sustainability of impact-focused projects.
  • Positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and a team player who is fully committed to making an impact.
  • Ability to work independently in a flexible work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Excellent project management and logistics execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work on alternate Saturdays.
  • Salary: RM 3,000 to RM 5,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
