About our client

A leading systems integrator solution provider in the Southeast Asia region is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and developing prospects, conducting high-level corporate sales, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Your core duties

  • Achieve individual and departmental revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify and generate sales leads.
  • Organize meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations and basic system designs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and prospect relationships.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales outcomes, brand reputation, and market presence.
  • Enhance the company's brand image through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with external collaborators.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry concepts and systems to provide effective client consultation.
  • Assist with project management, site visits, and client communications when necessary.

What makes you a fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering will be a plus!)
  • At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in an MNC company (experience in security solutions preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Energetic, results-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a sales team.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
