About our client
A leading systems integrator solution provider in the Southeast Asia region is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and developing prospects, conducting high-level corporate sales, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Your core duties
- Achieve individual and departmental revenue and profit targets.
- Identify and generate sales leads.
- Organize meetings and sales presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations and basic system designs.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with sales objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client and prospect relationships.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales outcomes, brand reputation, and market presence.
- Enhance the company's brand image through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop strong partnerships with external collaborators.
- Stay updated on relevant industry concepts and systems to provide effective client consultation.
- Assist with project management, site visits, and client communications when necessary.
What makes you a fit?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering will be a plus!)
- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in an MNC company (experience in security solutions preferred)
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Energetic, results-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a sales team.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
