As a Business Analyst (BA) in admiral.digital, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business, user, and system requirements. Produce wireframes, detailed specifications and prototypes to allow business requirements to be understood and delivered by the Product and Technology teams.
  • Competitive analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies. Provide insights to help shape product development and marketing approaches.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilise analytics tools to derive insights from user behaviour, website metrics, and marketing campaigns. Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
  • Communication and collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between client teams, business stakeholders and internal delivery teams technical teams, ensuring that project goals and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Project management support: Play a supporting role in ensuring projects adhere to scope and timelines. Collaborate with project leads to ensure smooth execution of deliverables and provide business analysis to resolve any emerging challenges.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Managing relationships with clients, and managing the flow of information between internal delivery teams ensuring pragmatic project delivery.
  • User story creation and prioritisation: Develop user stories in the product backlog, and support the Product Owner with task prioritisation, ensuring that business objectives are reflected in product features and enhancements.
  • Testing and validation: Collaborate with testers to ensure solutions meet business requirements by aligning test cases with acceptance criteria, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), and addressing feedback. Support continuous validation through defect analysis and ensure post-release stability and value delivery.

To be successful, you will have:

  • 3 - 5 years working experience in business analysis, project management and/or product management field.
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in UX design or familiarity with UX concepts is a plus point.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp and other project management tools.
  • Experience working with interactive prototyping software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Zeplin and others, is a plus point.
