Job Description

We have an exciting full-time opportunity in our Media Operations Team, tuning audience data in actionable insights.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, who want to progress their career in media research and join a team launching work first service.

In this role, you will be responsible for several key performance and quality indicators across Australia and New Zealand. You will be given the autonomy to make the role your own whilst still working closely with both Operations and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Laison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of data quality, delivery and reporting
  • Take responsibility for maintaining and enhancing existing processes as well as developing and adopting new tools and process as required
  • Run, setup and maintain quality control procedures and reports
  • Manage online sampling activation, quotas and monitoring
  • Liaise with 3rd party venders, reporting survey completes, validating invoices and benchmarking
  • Analyse data and report back to internal stakeholders
  • Document processes

Skills And Experience

  • The ideal candidate must be highly data focus, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to react and adapt quickly to changing business needs with great communication skills

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and data processing skills (including PowerQuery)
  • Critical thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • VBA, SQL, or Python knowledge are desirable
  • PowerBi or Tableau dashboard experience is a plus
  • 1-3yrs prior work experience in an analytical role
  • Above average knowledge of excel, powerpoint, and Microsoft VBA
  • Some experience with SQL databases
  • Ideally, some experience working with AWS Athena, and dashboarding platforms such as Tableau
  • Sound communication skills, good English and the ability to work independently
  • Availability in the Sydney Australia time zone 9am – 5pm
