Our client is a fast growing e-commerce player in the region and is looking for the next rockstar to join its Malaysia Team!

The candidate will be responsible to lead the Product Executives in their daily roles and at the same time work closely with the Business Manager/Account Manager to deliver outcomes that will help the business reach their goals. The role will manage internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Sales:

  • Work closely with Business/Account Manager to plan and execute promotion campaign plans in order to achieve overall sales targets and manage promotional calendar by channels.
  • Responsible for sales and profitability.

Product Management:

  • Manage and ensure product information on all channels such as pricing, product listings, product write-ups, photo images, inventory and related information across multiple systems are accurate to optimise sales
  • Categorisation of products to enhance their visibility and maximize exposure.
  • Investigate and raise any issues related to operational/technical problems on krisshop.com
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to ensure that customer inquiries and issues related to ecommerce products are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Sales Reporting:

  • Tracking, reporting, and sharing of campaign key metrics to derive what’s working & not working. Make proposals for improvement.
  • Perform competitive analysis for opportunity sharing.
  • Analyse weekly sales for assigned categories and ensure sufficiency in building blocks to meet sales targets.

Ad Hoc:

  • Support Business Unit team on all miscellaneous duties and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience (understanding or passion for Beauty and Fashion is preferable)
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory; Knowledge of D365 and Adobe applications is preferable
  • Well versed in Ecommerce back-end management systems
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, data-driven decision making mentality
  • Motivated with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Resourceful and problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
  • Junior Management / Supervisory experience an advantage.
