Job Description
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business goals of a fast-paced retail giant, focusing on people development, talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning and talent development initiatives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent across all levels of the organization.

- HR Operations: Lead HR operations, including payroll, compensation, and benefits management, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in retail or large commercial environments.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and working within a fast-paced, high-volume organization.
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in a retail setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
