- Manage daily operations related to e-commerce orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
- Update product details, prices, and stock levels on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory and reorder stock when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and product information through email or online chat.
- Work with the warehouse team to pack and ship orders accurately and on time.
- Perform regular audits of online inventory to ensure the accuracy of stock and order processing.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure orders reach customers on time.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of promotions and sales on e-commerce platforms.
- Keep records of daily and weekly sales and report any issues.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with company policies, especially related to pharmaceutical products.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, warehouse management system).
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
