Lab Technician

• Planning, setting up, and undertaking controlled experiments and trials.
• Record and analyses test results, maintaining accurate logs and documentation. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Prepare daily reports, inventory records and maintenance.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards during all testing procedures. Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues in material quality.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in good working order and compliant with safety regulations.
• Work closely with site engineers and teams to provide timely and accurate data for decision-making.
• Carry out laboratory activities as required by the superior from time to time.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree in Construction Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficient in laboratory testing methods and procedures. Familiarity with relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
• To work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
