We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technical Support and People Experience professional to join our team! This dual-role position involves providing technical support to our internal staff, maintaining IT infrastructure, as well as handling people experience and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills.


Responsibilities:

IT Technical Support

  • Provide first-level support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network devices.
  • Assist in the purchasing licenses, setting up the new MS 365 account users, as well as hardware configuration and software installation.
  • Update all new joiners profile in the Door Facial Recognition System and printer setup.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for any IT equipment purchases/delivery and repairs (laptops, desktop, printer etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets tagging for the company.
  • Ensure security measures are in place, including antivirus updates and software patching.

People Experience

  • Manage office administration including stationery, name cards, company shirts, etc.
  • Support HR in maintaining employee records, conducting onboarding and other activities.
  • Manage company email accounts and distribute communications as necessary.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and experience in an office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
