Job Descriptions:

  • Issue Invoice, Quotation, Debit Note, Official Receipt, Agreement and Open stock or etc.
  • Preparing, organizing, storing and filling information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Keep track of customer payment
  • Efficiently report to superior on task given
  • Maintain and Update sales and customer records
  • Prepare monthly sales report
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Administrative.
  • Well organized and able to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate in English and Malay, Mandarin is advantage
  • Possess strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL is advantage)
  • Good in communication skills, personality, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
